How to install GroupIN App?

Install the app from the Play Store (Android).
Launch the app and approve the requested permissions.
Enter your phone number and tap submit.
Enter the verification code received via SMS (GroupIN may do this automatically).
Import existing contacts into the app (optional).

How to create New users in GroupIN?

Open the GroupIN app on your phone.
Tap Agree and Continue.
Enter your phone number.
Tap submits.
Enter the verification code.
If did not get OTP click on Resend it.
Tap verify.
Enter personal details.

Username > Email > Facebook URL > Twitter URL > Instagram URL > LinkedIn URL > select State > Select City > Write about you > click tick mark on top Right.

How to set up your GroupIN profile

Before you start chatting, there is one more step you may want to take. Creating a profile will help your contacts know who you are, even if they don’t have your number saved in their contacts. You can add a picture, name, and Description.

Tap the user profile of the app or tap Settings.
Tap on edit option at the top of the screen right side this is very useful for edit all the fields at a single tap.
To change your picture, tap the camera icon and select a photo.
To change your name, tap the Name enter your Name.
Enter or adjust your Description by tapping the About.
You can also change your social media profile links Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn from this screen, and the process is the same as when you first set up your account.

How to login?

Open GroupIN application.
Tap accept and continue for (T&C, privacy policy).
Select country code.
Enter phone number.
Click submit.
GroupIN will send you an OTP to your registered mobile number.
Enter OTP.
If did not get OTP click on Resend it.
Click on verify.

Open groupIN app > select country code > enter mobile number > click submit > enter OTP > click verify.

How to create a group?

Open GroupIN > Tap on add floating button on groups module > select contacts > Click on arrow icon button > set profile picture > type group details.
Search for or select contacts to add to the group. Then, tap the arrow icon.
Enter a group name. This will be the name of the group that all participants will see.
The subject limit is 135 characters.
You can tap Emoji to add emoji to your subject.
You can add a group icon by tapping the Camera icon. You can choose to use your Camera, Gallery Once set, the icon will appear next to the group in the CHATS tab.
Now click on the CREATE GROUP button.

Open GroupIN app > click add group button > click on buy a plane > select contacts > add group avatar > enter group name > enter group description > select category > select country > click create group button.

How to create a broadcast?

With the broadcast list feature, you can send a message to several of your contacts at once. Broadcast lists are saved lists of message recipients that you can repeatedly send broadcast messages to without having to select them each time.

Click broadcast module.
Click add broadcast button.
Add broadcast avatar.
Enter broadcast Chenele’s name.
Enter the broadcast description.
Click create broadcast button.
Now share your broadcast link or QR Code via WhatsApp or telegram etc.

Click add broadcast add button > Add Chenele avatar > enter broadcast name > enter description > click create broadcast button

Broadcast

If users join the Broadcast with the help of a broadcast invitation link or directly join with QR code scan.
Tap the QR code and scan Broadcast QR code.
Two types of Channels are there Public and Private
Public Channels can be found in search anyone can join them.
Private Channels can only be joined via an invite link.

How to chat on groups

Open GroupIN app.
Tap into one group.
Click on input text msg box.
Tap on the message box to enter text. You can message anyone personally or in a group.
It is advised to maintain professionalism, for official things.

How to send Attachments

How to send photos:

Open an individual or group chat.
Tap Attach. Then, tap photos to select a photo from your phone. Camera to take a picture with your camera.
You can also add captions to photos and videos. Swipe between photos to add captions to each one.
Tap Send photos.

How to send videos:

Open an individual or group chat.
Tap Attach. Then, tap videos to select a video from your phone. You can also add captions to videos. Swipe between photos to add captions to each one.
Tap Send videos.

How to send location:

Open an individual or group chat.
Tap Attach. Then, tap location to select a location from your current location. You can also add captions to location.
Tap Send location.

How to send document:

Open an individual or group chat.
Tap Attach. Then, tap the document to select a document from your phone storage you can also add captions to document.
Tap Send document.

How to send audio:

Open an individual or group chat.
Tap Attach. Then, tap the audio to select an audio from your phone storage you can also add captions to audio.
Tap Send audio.

How to make as Admin, Block & Remove in group.

Make as Admin:

Open the GroupIN group chat, then tap the group subject. Alternatively, tap and hold the group in the CHATS tab. Then, tap More options > Group info > tap active members view all > tap on member > tap Make as admin.
Tap the participant you want to make an admin.
Tap Make group admin.

Block member:

Open the GroupIN group chat, then tap the group subject. Alternatively, tap and hold the group in the CHATS tab. Then, tap More options > Group info > tap active members view all > tap on member > tap on Block
Tap the participant you want to block.
Tap block.

Remove member:

Open the GroupIN group chat, then tap the group subject. Alternatively, tap and hold the group in the CHATS tab. Then, tap More options > Group info > tap active members view all > tap on member > tap on Remove
Tap the participant you want to Remove.
Tap remove.

How to Delete Group.

Open the GroupIN group chat, then tap the group subject. Alternatively, tap and hold the group in the CHATS tab. Then, tap More options > Group info > tap Delete Group.
Open Group delete confirmation alert box yes or No.
This option only for Owner.

How to Exit.

Open the GroupIN group chat, then tap the group subject. Alternatively, tap and hold the group in the CHATS tab. Then, tap More options > Group info > tap Exit Group.
Open Group exit confirmation alert box yes or No.
This option only for Admins and Members.

How to edit profile:

Open GroupIN app.
Press Options > Settings > Profile.
Select Profile photo.
If you Have a profile photo: Press MORE. You can choose to View your photo, Edit to take a new photo with your Camera or choose a photo from your Gallery, or Remove your photo. Don't have a profile photo: Press ADD. click top right tick mark.
Hear we can edit all the details of account holder.
