AI Chat Communication with Integrated Shopping Cart & Payment Gateway Our platform provides seamless AI-based chat communication for customer support, integrated with a shopping cart and payment gateway. We offer multiple payment methods, including UPI and Debit Cards, along with flexible split payment options.

Compliant Privacy Policy

Pricing

UPI Transactions: 80 paisa per ₹100 transaction value, exclusive of GST. Debit Card Transactions: 1% of the transaction value, exclusive of GST.

  • Note: GST will be charged at the applicable rates for both UPI and Debit Card transactions.

Terms & Conditions

  • UPI Transaction Charges: A charge of ₹0.80 will be levied for every ₹100 on UPI transactions. This does not include GST. Applicable GST rates will be added to the total transaction fee.
  • Debit Card Transaction Charges: A charge of 1% will be levied on all debit card transactions. GST is not included in the 1% charge and will be added separately.
  • Split Payment Options: For large transactions, customers can choose split payment options, where the total transaction amount can be divided into parts. This feature is subject to approval from the merchant and GroupIN Solutions Inc.
  • Refunds and Disputes: In case of disputes or refunds, the service charges are non-refundable, and any reversal or chargebacks will incur a standard processing fee.
  • Processing Times: UPI and debit card transactions will be processed in real-time, subject to successful verification by the payment gateway (CC Avenue) and merchant bank.
  • Merchant Responsibilities: Merchants are responsible for providing accurate transaction details and fulfilling all product/service orders placed through the platform.

  • GroupIN Solutions Inc.: Acts as the platform provider, facilitating communication and transaction routing between the client and payment entities.
  • Payment Gateway (CC Avenue): Manages transaction requests and forwards them to the merchant’s acquiring bank.
  • Merchant Bank: Verifies the payment details and processes the payment based on the UPI or debit card transaction.
  • Verification Process: Cross-verification with bank records ensures the security of the transaction before final approval.

Refund Policy and the timelines

Merchant Verification Process

Before onboarding any merchant onto our platform, we conduct a thorough verification process that includes:

  • PAN Card verification
  • AADHAR Card verification
  • GST registration verification
  • Bank account verification
  • Phone Number

Only after successfully completing these verifications can a merchant create a shopping cart on our platform.

Customer Payments

All customer payments are processed directly to the merchant's bank account. Groupin Solution India Pvt Ltd does not hold or control these funds. So, any disputes or refund requests related to the goods or services provided by the merchant must be directed to the merchant.

Application Charges

The charges for using our platform (application charges) are directed to Groupin Solution India Pvt Ltd's bank account. These charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Refunds on Merchant Transactions

Since customer payments are directly made to the merchant's account, Groupin Solution India Pvt Ltd bears no liability for refunds on merchant transactions. Merchants are responsible for managing refunds or customer disputes by their individual policies.

Refunds for Application Charges

Application charges collected by Groupin Solution India Pvt Ltd are non-refundable once the merchant has been successfully onboarded and the service has been rendered. We encourage merchants to review the terms and fees before using our platform.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding the application charges, merchants may contact us at [dispute@groupin.app contact details of merchant] for resolution. However, refund requests for payments made to merchants should be resolved directly between the customer and the merchant.

Amendments

Groupin Solution India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at anytime. Any changes will be communicated through official channels and effective immediately upon posting.
